Season 1

 

Episode 1.1: "Pilot"

On a regular night out, a young couple find themselves lost, and the strangeness they've been hearing and seeing on the news is now all too real! This is the first time we see the Zombie Hunters in action: we'll learn about them, learn what they do each night, and travel with them through both their actions and memories. A close look inside the mind of hunter Billy Cassidy reveals much about his motivation.

 

Episode 1.2: "The Losses Begin"

The Zombie Hunters are in a place that's strangely alien to them: a graveyard! Why are they here, attending a funeral service at the side of someone's grave? And although we all see what the media is reporting, why is it that more people are still in denial of what's unfolding all around them? And is Billy really seeing members of his missing girlfriend's squad?

 

Episode 1.3: "Things Fall Apart"

John Salazar sets up a meeting between the Hunters and a survivalist militia group in order to buy more powerful weapons and ammunition. But our heroes quickly find themselves deep over their heads, and further on the wrong side of the law than any of them had ever dreamed of! Will they all make it back? And what will the consequences of these things be in the long run?

 

Episode 1.4: "One Mistake After Another"

Billy Cassidy, shaken terribly by the events of the previous day, tries to find solace in visiting the Pastor of the church of his youth. After finding only more unsettling questions from this meeting, the Hunters get together to discuss their future. In a bold move, Bates takes the stash from the militia theft and tries to sell it all to an underworld Boss. But Bates finds out just how horrifying a turn things can take when he's trapped in that Boss' basement!

 

Episode 1.5: "The Cure"

Bates' contacts get him a broadcast from Dr. Rowena Lambick, who claims to have a cure for the Zombie infestation. At a clandestine meeting, she proposes they capture a recently-made Zombie and test out her experimental serum. That night, they manage to destroy dozens of Zombies, but are only able to get a recently bitten victim who's still alive. Will "The Cure" work? Is it a success? Or does Dr. Lambick have another secret, one that might eventually destroy her?

 

Episode 1.6: "Hope"

Days later, the Government officially proclaims that the bodies of the dead have been re-animating and in all cases seem to be attacking the living! Its also at this time that NYPD forces and the NY National Guard claim to have destroyed every one of the walking bodies in the NYC area. The Hunters are happy that order has been restored: all, of course, except Bates. Later that night, the pressure and tension between he and Billy reach their peak and end in a battle you'll have to see to believe! But all of this pales to the shocking news that Billy receives upon returning home, coupled with the reports that a chemical plant explosion has emitted a toxic cloud over several towns in Suffolk County. How will the Hunters react? Will they be able to survive this latest nightmare?
